Interface GetStatusForZonedCycleCountPreCounts

Gets the status of the pre-counts of a cyclecount, if any. The input for this service is either the ID of the main count task (ZonedCycleCountUserTaskID) or the ID of a pre-count task (PreCountUserTaskID). If PreCountUserTaskID is specified, it returns the status of the sibling pre-counts.
