Should be set to true when the user did not confirm the order or user task (by means of a barcode scan or something). When set to true, the user will
be required to have (or be elevated for) the functionality CompleteReservationCleanupWithoutConfirmation.
Can be set to true so that lines missing from the workset are copied to a new cleanup task, so these can be done at a later point in time. This is useful when the employee is handling a large order and wants to move a single batch first.
